every day is the best day of my life.

hi friends and family.
i really do mean it when i say that everyday is the best day of my life. i'm having so much fun...
this last week we got to meet the teachers that we will be teaching along side of- we walked into this room and there are about 30 Thai women sitting in a circle giggling like little school girls. i'm working with 6 of them, and they are the cutest things in the world. that afternoon my face hurt from smiling. i'll be teaching K1 which is the first level of kindergarten- the Thai's have 3 levels of K, and that means 3-4 year olds- there will be tons of singing and dancing.then this weekend, the school shipped us all to this resort at Rayong (you should google maps that- its the best- double true!) for one night and then about 15 of us went onto this island called Koh Samet for the next night. the beaches are soo beautiful, and we've begun making friends with other teachers in the school. on a side note, one day this week, we went to this mall called mall bangkapi...its 6 stories high. anyway, the three of us (megan, denise and I) wanted sushi, so we go to this sushi buffet, but its not the north american sense of "buffet", there is this conveyor belt that goes around the whole restaurant with plates on it of food. add to the fact that we don't speak THAI. it was so confusing, and very very funny. i guess you had to be there. and Dairy Queen here has mango pie blizzards that come in dixie cup sizes. i love thailand. AND the other day,, there was an elephant walking down my street. no joke. crazy man.
